2. Purposes and legal basis of data processing

a) Visiting the website / server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider [STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany https://www.strato.de/datenschutz/] automatically processes the following information:

  • IP address of the end device
  • Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
  • Date and time of access
  • Operating system of the end device
  • Pages/files accessed


This data is technically necessary to provide the website and ensure system security.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

b) Cookies and cookie banners

c) Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (USA), to analyze and optimize our website. This involves setting cookies that enable analysis of website usage. d) Google Fonts

We use fonts (“Google Fonts”) on our website that are integrated locally. There is no connection to Google servers.

e) Contact (email, telephone, contact form)

If you contact us by email, telephone, or via a contact form, we will process your information solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

  • Mandatory fields in the form are limited to the minimum required (e.g., name, email address, message).
  • The transmission is encrypted.

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).


f) Social media (Instagram)

We maintain an Instagram channel, which is managed by Wertzeug e. V. When visiting our page there, the privacy policy of Instagram (Meta Platforms) applies.
We would like to point out that Meta collects personal data (e.g., IP address, usage behavior) and processes it for its own purposes. We have no influence on this data processing.

3. Recipients of data

Personal data will not be disclosed unless:

  • if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR),
